Pearson Field Airport, Vancouver, WA (KVUO)
Correctly identified by Tyler Parsons.
The oldest continuously operating airport in the United States, historic Pearson Field dates from 1905 when it was first used by Army dirigibles. Pearson saw its first airplane operations in 1911 and served as an Army Air Service Flying Field through the 1940s. Today, it serves the busy Portland--Vancouver area, and is located no more than a couple of miles from Portland International (so getting in and out requires some planning and careful following of the procedures). Note historic Fort Vancouver in the photo above (top center). There's also an Air Museum and an FBO on the field.
