Ocean Shores Municipal, Ocean Shores, WA (W04)
Correctly identified first by Elliott Drucker.

The "new" Ocean Shores airport sits on the edge of Gray's Harbor, on the eastern shore of the peninsula, with tidal flats to the east (left in the photo above) and Duck Lake to the west (upper right, above). It's a quiet but pleasant field. The current airport replaced the old Ocean Shores airport, known as Corning or Avco Field, which closed after development encroached a little too much (remnants of the old airport can still be seen around the nearby golf course - for more details on the old airport, see the Lost Airports of Washington website).
