Anacortes Airport, Anacortes, WA (74S)
Correctly identified first by Elliott Drucker.
Tucked up in a cutout below the north end of Navy Whidbey Island's Class Charlie airspace, I suspect Anacortes may often be overlooked by transient pilots because of it's close-in proximity to NAS Whidbey, as well as the several other good airports nearby. But it's certainly not difficult to negotiate the airspace, either with the controllers at Whidbey, or quietly (but vigilantly) ducking around and under the Charlie airspace.
The airport is easy, offers 24-hour self service fuel, and if you're thinking about an interesting upgrade for your bird, is also the home to Micro Aerodynamics, who sell mini vortex generators for many light aircraft (and they don't mind showing drop-in visitors around).
