Mansfield Airport, Mansfield, WA (8W3)
Correctly identified first by Thomas Wagner.
Out on the dusty agricultural plains between the Columbia River and Banks Lake, Mansfield sits all alone at the end of a rail line about 15 nm east of the southeast end of Lake Chelan. There's not much out there for miles around other than Mansfield.
The airport is surprisingly close to "downtown Mansfield" (such as it is - it's a small town): park the plane, walk just a few steps, and you're right on a streetcorner in the middle of town.
Note the string of grain elevators located right along the airport ramp. Although winds were calm when I've landed there, I'm told that these massive structures can cause some pretty tricky gusts that have surprised many an unsuspecting pilot on landing.
