Bandera State, Bandera, WA (4W0)
Correctly identified first by Elliott Drucker.

Our 2004 "Winter Wonderland" holiday edition was none other than Bandera State Airport. About 30 miles east of Seattle, just west of Snoqualmie Pass, it's conveniently located right next to Interstate 90. Bandera is closed in the winter, and with a runway that tends to become soggy easily, landing there-off season is definitely not a smart move. But after a light dusting of snow, it's a pretty scene, so I couldn't resist snapping this photo in early December.

And just in case anyone's so easily fooled by a quick Photoshop hack, don't ever try landing at Bandera at night: there are no lights there (blinking in colors or otherwise).
