Nehalem Bay State, Manzanita, OR (3S7)
Correctly identified first by Elliott Drucker.

A real Northwest gem, Nehalem Bay State Airport is just about perfect. It provides easy fly-in access to one of the Northwest's best state parks. Located on the beautiful Oregon Coast it's a large park with a lot of campsites, and it's understandably popular: perched on a stunning stretch of sandy beach, with all the camping amenities (including that rarest of luxuries, hot showers). In the busy season it's often difficult for car campers to get a spot, but a handful of rustic campsites by the aircraft tie-down area are reserved exclusively for fly-in campers. It makes a wonderful destination for some fly-in camping.
