Anderson Field, Brewster, WA (S97)
Correctly identified first by Mike Culver.

Located in north central Washington just south of where the mountains start to get serious, this strip sits on the north side of the Columbia River just downstream from the Bridgeport dam complex. Things are pretty slow at Anderson Field nowadays, but back in the 1970s it must have been quite the happening place; there was a major annual airshow there and even national air race events. Although quiet nowadays there were some interesting airplanes there last time I stoped by: not one, but two Cessna T50 "Bamboo Bombers" in the hangar. Ask politely and they will probably let you takea peek.
