Tillamook Airport, Tillamook, OR (S47)
Correctly identified first by Venkatesh Gopalakrishnan.

A true Northwest gem, Tillamook is unique in many ways. Once the primary blimp base in the Northwest, Tillamook was home to a squadron of eight Navy blimps that patrolled the Oregon and Washington coast beginning in 1943 (note the large, circular, paved airship pads, above, top center). Now it's a very interesting general aviation field along the beautiful Oregon coast. There were originally two huge blimp hangars, one now survives (top right in photo) - it's the largest wooden structure in the world! Now home to the Tillamook Air Museum, this incredible building houses an impressive collection of historic warbirds, a good airport cafe, and a well-stocked gift shop. It makes a fantastic day trip from anywhere in the Northwest.
