Arlington Municipal, Arlington, OR (1S8)
Correctly identified first by Elliott Drucker.

A far cry from the other Arlington Municipal Airport (in Washington) that's well-known as the location of the annual Northwest EAA fly-in every July, this Arlington Municipal Airport seems just about ready to crumble and disappear completely. Located on a scenic bluff perched above the south bank of the Columbia River about mid-way between The Dalles and Hermiston, this field has (or perhaps I should say "had") a 5000-foot long runway, but it's in pretty sorry shape nowadays, a very rough mixture of gravel and tufts of turf. There are the remains of a few hangars and other structures in various states of collapse, but that's about all that's left of the place. Technically a municipal airport that's open to the public, it looks to me like the city fathers of Arlington, Oregon don't appear to have put a dime into its upkeep for a generation or two. Somebody needs to rescue this field pretty soon or else I expect it will vanish altogether from the charts and from the landscape. That would be a shame.
