Dorothy Scott Field, Oroville, WA (07S)
Correctly identified first by Jeff Davis.

Tucked up in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, just south of the US-Canadian border, Dorothy Scott Field is a friendly and convenient place to stop and clear customs. Named for a local lady pilot who was killed in an accident while ferrying fighter planes to England during WW II, Scott Field is a nice, very pleasant and easy strip in a spectacular setting.
