Willapa Harbor Airport, South Bend/Raymond, WA (2S9)
Correctly identified first by Dave Brown

A very nice little strip perched on the edge of spectacular Willapa Bay on the central Washington coast. Although there's not a whole lot there, self-service 24-hour fuel is now available and the runway has been resurfaced recently and is in great shape. Willapa Harbor makes a great stop along the coast although it appears to get little traffic (most people probably stop at Hoquiam or Astoria); the weather here is often a wee bit better than the airports right along the coast itself - when HQM or AST are socked in, because Willapa Harbor is a few miles inland, it may be clear of the coastal fog. And on a nice, sunny day, it's tough to beat flying low and slow over Willapa Bay.
