Sequim Valley, Sequim, WA (W28)
Correctly identified first by Venkatesh Gopalakrishnan

A nice little airport sitting in Washington's "Banana belt" - the rain shadow of the Olympic Mountians, they claim to get a lot less rain than most of the rest of the neighborhood. Sequim is a well-maintained strip in a beautiful setting. By the way, for you foreigners, that's pronounced "skwim" (rhymes with "swim"). They also have a nice airport website.
