Forks Municipal (S18), Forks, WA
Correctly identified first by Charles Oppermann

Out near the tip of the Olympic Penninsula in timber country, Forks Municipal is the second-westernmost airport in Washington and probably gets about as much rain anually as any airport in the Northwest. When the weather is clear, it's a beautiful area to fly in.

(sniff, sniff...) Is that wood smoke?
