Prince Rupert, BC (YPR)
No correct answers on this one - the first time everyone was stumped.

This airport serves Prince Rupert, gateway to the northern British Columbia coast region. The city of Prince Rupert is located on the mainland, but the airport itself is located on nearby Digby Island (there's a ferry/bus connection). I've been through Prince Rupert, but have not visited their airport, which sounds quite nice (like lots of people, I was "just passing through" on the way to/from Alaska).

You can read all about YPR at their website.

OK, I admit, that was a tough one. Sorry.

The airport itself is on an island...

...but the town that it serves is not.

It's not in Washington or Oregon.
The airport is on an island.
That stuff along the top edge of the photo - it's salt water.
