the cirrus that crashed S of Pt Townsend

Has anyone heard anything about this crash about a month ago.  People were taken to harborview.  It did not look like the chute was deployed.

Looks like the preliminary NTSB report can be found here:

Nothing on the interwebs said much other than this happened.  Perhaps we'll have to wait for the NTSB report?

Airplane's registration shows a Woodinville address. N167CB
The name on the registration is NOT the same name as is the Kathryn's Report article.
Seems to be varying reports of where the flight originated- KBFI, KPAE, W10.
