Getting Permission to use an STC
« on: September 08, 2016, 07:47:31 AM »
Trying to find out if I even need permission to use an STC SA02283AK - Direct Drive Alternator.  I've got form 337 already, but wondering if this STC still requires permission from the holder?  It's worded such as it looks like anything listed wouldn't require it?

Any advice?

Who ever gained approval of the 337 must have proven they had permission or the STC was in public domain.
