Conventional gear airplane for rent in the Seattle area
« on: March 15, 2016, 10:10:38 PM »
I will be travelling to Seattle next month and will be there for a week.  While I'm there, i was thinking about renting a plane for pleasure flight or a burger run to Pt. Townsend.   I'm only interested in flying for an hour or so, maybe a couple days during the week while I'm there, weather permitting.  Also,  I don't want to break the bank for a couple of hours or it won't be worthwhile.  I prefer a conventional gear plane, Champ, Cub, Citabria, etc.  Do you know who rents in that area and if so, contact info?

Thanks.

Not sure what they require for a checkout, but I believe Spencers at PLU (Pierce County - Thun Field) has a Cub for rent
