Angel Flight 9/24 - One seat available
« on: September 22, 2015, 10:51:35 AM »
I'm doing an Angel Flight on Thursday 9/24/2015.  I have room for one if anybody is interested in riding along.  I fly a Mooney M20J (201).  Here is my current plan:

0830 - Depart S50 (Auburn), fly to PWT (Bremerton)
0900 - Meet my passenger.
0945 - Depart PWT, fly to ONO (Ontario, OR)
1200 - Arrive ONO and meet the connecting Angel Flight pilot.
1245 - Depart ONO, fly to LGD (La Grande, OR)
1330 - Buy cheap gas.
1415 - Depart LGD, fly to S50.
1600 - Arrive S50 and put the plane away.

That all assumes the weather is good enough to allow crossing the Cascades on V298 without worrying about ice.  If unable, I plan to fly down to the Columbia River and turn eastbound, staying below the freezing level.  That would add another 20 minutes to flight time each way.  Not planning on stopping for food so bring a sandwich or something to eat at ONO or later.

If you are interested, give me a call: 253-307-7439
